Holiday house between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, (NEW OWNER RENEWED VILLA) it is located in a quiet area near the forest and only 7 minutes drive from the beautiful creek of Canyelles.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with two beds, and another with two bunk beds, there is also a room with 2 beds and a bathroom, on the second floor there are three bedrooms with two beds double and two beds, three bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and other sofas very comfortable and the kitchen, which gives the terrace with BBQ and pool, we can park 3 cars in the garage
 For more than 8 people in high season it will be necessary to pay 70 € per person extra / week and in low season from two people

The worst villa experience
It would be a paradise to stay in if the price with the pictures are correct. The first one (the price) was right but the second one... a nightmare. We arrived at night after a delayed flight and really needed a nice rest to start our vacation. After parking the cars we got the keys as promised. Once we got inside we noticed that the villa was uncleaned. It felt like owner was living there and forgot to remove his stuff. I found dirty underwear and socks from my closet. There was half-full milkshake on the kitchen table. Lamps didn't have lightbulbs and wires were hanging out from the wallsockets which seemed to be dangerous. The villa was actually two separate appartments and were only connected by the stairs from outside. So we slept the night in uncomfortable beds. When from the inside it looked bad, then from the outside it was like someone was trying to restorate but left all construction debry all over the plot. In the morning we all felt we didn't want to spend our holiday there and needed to leave. In conclusion. If you are thinking of booking this villa - ask the owner with latest pictures with a newspaper in hand and think again. I myself definitely wouldn't recommend this property even to my enemy.
