"The suite is right on the water with a great outdoor view. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen had the essential items, the outdoor furniture was enough for our group of 8. We were spending most of the days outdoor. The water was great for swimming and some life jackets were available. The entrance to the water had a sandy beach which was giving you a warm pleasant feeling. The Owner was living upstairs and was really nice, he had a boat and gave us a ride on the river. "We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!"

"A lot of damage in the room when I arrived. Towel rack hanging off wall on one end, plaster hole in bathroom on wall, brown stains/marks on bathroom mirror, cracked mirror in main room, some sort of string coming from side of mirror next to bed. Overall unkept room. "
