Before our arrival, we were procided an online check in to input all our documentation so it was a smooth arrival! "This hotel is in a great location. It’s a very walkable neighborhood with Fontana (L3) metro stop at the end of the street and Gaudi’s Casa Vicens literally feet/meters away. We enjoyed the pastry shop at the corner and a few other local restaurants in the area during our 6 night stay. The hotel itself was clean and efficient with a professional and friendly staff. As first-time visitors to Europe from the U.S., we felt very comfortable and safe. "

"Checking in was not easy. We booked apartment for the day before we were to arrive. So we didnt have to wait when we arrived. Was told our booking was cancelled although we paid in advance. No one on site if a problem arises. You have to wait until someone is availabe to resolve issues. Safe didnt work."

"The apartment was very nice. Only weird thing is that the bathroom is located right off the bedroom and the door was right next to the bed- a bit tight there. The washing machine in the apartment was great. No dryer but they did have a drying rack that was large enough to accommodate 2 small loads of laundry. Great kitchen area. Wonderful view/balcony.
