"One of the greatest views in the world. The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return."

"The property has an amazing view. That's about the only nice thing I can say aside from the very friendly service. The rooms are more a combination of hostel-Motel 6. Tiny very basic almost twin beds. Room is very small, unkept. Bottom line, very dissatisfied would not come back ever. "

"Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"
