"Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3 nights and got used to so this did not cause to much bother. Will definitely return"

"Right in the middle of Carmarthen with plenty of parking available. Lovely large room with everything you need. Evening meal was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good too. "

"Arrived at 10pm and they offered me pizza!! Warm welcome from all the staff, offered a little bottle of fresh milk for brews in room, coffeemaker with pods and kettle in room. Molten brown toiletries, fresh cooked breakfast . Lone traveller made to feel very welcome indeed. Need an extra 2 stars category for 7 start plus !!! Seriously top value for money ! "
