Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine.
Laundry - Washer/Dryer, Drying Rack, Iron & Ironing Board.
Bathroom - Bath & separate shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail with quality towels and essential amenities provided. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Bedroom One - Kingsize bed with quality linen, ample hanging space within the wardrobe and a freeview TV in the room.
Internet - Wifi available.
Entertainment - 42’’ Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock and CD player. - Netflix is available on the TV.
Initial fuel for wood burner included. Further logs are available for a cost of £5.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.

22-acre natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

Gorse Barn can be booked together with Plas Iwrwg Granary and Cruck Barn to accommodate up to 10 guests. - Please contact us for further information on this.
Guest Access:
There is free parking in the car park for 2 spaces. The space is allocated by the sign which says "Gorse Barn"
We will send the check in information via Airbnb 48hrs with information on how to access the property.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful, single-storey barn conversion, nestled on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, is a great base for exploring North Wales.
Walks emanate from the door of these holiday properties which are in a rural location, yet close to the beautiful National Trust garden at Bodnant.
A short drive away is the historic town of Conwy with its famous Edward I castle and town walls, and also Betws-y-Coed, known as the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, which offers family fun at the Zip World Forest Coaster and tree tops nets making a great day out for the adrenaline junkies!
Bring your bike and try the Marin Trail in Penmachno, or simply explore Plas Iwrwg and experience the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and River Conwy from the grounds surrounding the property.
Beach 10 miles. Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
