"First time to PR with family on vacation. This is the perfect location to explore the western part of the island. The house is very clean with a great kitchen set-up. Appreciate the drip coffee maker and complimentary coffee and blender for Pina coladas. The pool was a nice break from the beach for the kids. It was cleaned twice while we were there. Shade umbrella was awesome for lounging poolside. Played a little basketball, but really enjoyed watching the local teams play at the indoor court...

"The listing says you get check in information 3 days in advance but we didn’t get the information until the day of check in. Pros-The house was as pictured, in good condition and in a great location for beach access. The AC was ice cold and the beds were comfy. There was covered parking and the outdoor patio area and kitchen were very nice. There were spices in the kitchen and some basic toiletries in the bathrooms which was helpful. Do not the walk to the truly spectacular cove beach is a bit of a hike if the gates are down. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. "The place was clean and safe. The outdoor living space was very much appreciated for some fun and relaxation. It was so peaceful at night sitting by the pool and enjoying the nature around us. The owner was very nice, very hospitable and the property manager as well. The pool was warm and clean. Our favorite moment was watching a movie outside at night while laying on the hamacas. The pool was fun too. "

"The location was great and easy to locate. Also was semi centrally located on the west coast so it was easy to get to the Rincon area and the south west beaches and towns. The house was very comfortable and large with living room areas on both the main floor and second floor. Outdoors in the outdoor kitchen area and at the ocean was very peaceful and beautiful. Overall a great place and vacation experience."
