Beautiful Welsh dragon statue in the entrance, lovely light and airy, and also had access to Ty+ lounge. The bed is one of the comfiest I've ever stayed in, and the fittings and fixtures in the rooms and corridors are second to none. The cleanliness is impeccable too. Your staff are extremely attentive, and really make you feel like they care about you. I will be booking here again."
