"This was an absolutely perfect stay! The room was adorable and so clean and warm, with lovely supplies for tea and coffee. I was upgraded to a bigger room for free and hosted for dinner at the pub. I would definitely come back to this lovely area. Thanks!"

"We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. Host was great and was available quickly if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"Our visit to Mellington Hall Country House Hotel was fantastic. The property is amazing, the staff were really attentive and amazing also. The food was superb and the service throughout was exceptional. After the meal we sat in the lovely building which has quiet rooms or an open fire. We went just before Christmas and so the property was probably quieter than during the summer months, but we definitely would return to enjoy walking in the surrounding countryside. A fantastic hotel and fantastic staff, we really enjoyed our visit."

"A hidden-away gem in North Wales. Beautiful house, beautifully restored, warm and comfortable. The food offering is top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Only stayed two nights but next time will be longer."
