"Overall, an excellent property in a great location. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is that the sofas were small and uncomfortable. "Our family of 4 stayed at Tregoyr house in St Florence for a week. The house is very clean with everything you could need. From the well stocked kitchen, 3 bathrooms (all with showers) and washing machine with tumble dryer, there was nothing that this house didn’t provide. "Beautiful house - much bigger than it looks in the photos. Lots of hot water when you need it which is brilliant and not always the case in holiday rentals. Great kitchen with everything you need including a hot water tap for tea which was super! Lovely little garden which was useful with our dog. Beds were really comfortable however the bed foot boards meant I had to sleep in the second double room as my 6 foot four husband didn't fit in the bed as he was too long for it so had to sleep...
