Situated on the colourful Promenade with stunning views out to Anglesey, Puffin Island and the Great Orme – and the most amazing sunsets! Llanfairfechan is the perfect base for exploring North Wales, and has plenty to offer nearby for the more chilled-out days.
The house has been recently renovated to the highest standard keeping all the original features while bringing a contemporary feel with carefully curated interiors. Each room has been lovingly designed, creating a wonderfully unique retreat with an eclectic mix of stylish wallpaper, tiles and furniture. It’s been a real labour of love and we now use this as our own holiday home, enjoying time here with our family and friends.
On arrival to the Promenade you will see the row of colourful houses overlooking the sea. You will find us in the middle, next to the green and blue houses. As you walk into the house you will see the original Victorian hallway with the addition of striking tiles that set the tone for the rest of the house. The first room on your right is a brand-new kitchen diner that we have added, creating the perfect entertaining space.
The dining area looks out to the sea, and in the evening you can the sun set with uninterrupted views out across to Anglesey.
A bar divides the dining room and kitchen, providing a lovely social area when cooking. The kitchen has a quartz worktop and encaustic tiles, giving it that wow factor, and there is an induction hob, electric oven, American-style fridge freezer, Roberts vintage-style radio, and plenty of crockery and glasses.
Also on the ground floor is a gorgeous shower room and the first of four distinct bedrooms, featuring a king-size bed. Back through the hall and up the stairs you will be met on the left by a laundry room, a WC and the second bedroom – which has a triple bunk (1 double and 1 single), comfortably sleeping 2 adults or 2-3 children. On the right you will head towards the master bedroom, which has another king-size bed. Next to this you will find a large luxurious lounge with a beautiful mix of vintage and new furnishings, smart TV, and spectacular views. At the top of a small flight of stairs you will find the final king-size bedroom and a brand-new bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower.
The main entrance to the building is up a small flight of outdoor steps, and the interior is of typical Victorian design and layout. For this reason, we are very sorry that we are unable to accommodate guests with limited access or wheelchair users.
