"A wonderful and spacious stone house with exceptional facilities especially in the kitchen. All the bedrooms has comfortable beddings and with enough room for 8 adults and 4 children. We definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Bala in North Wales for its facilities and location. "

The layout with most of the accommodation and living space upstairs allowed us to have a separate space for our family one of which has an infant to have separate space downstairs next to the games room. The property need a few maintenance issues dealing with including one of the beds needing a repair and the sofa bed upholstery needing renewal to make it more comfortable to sit on.
