The house is divided into 2 separate apartments, one on the first floor at street level, and the other on the ground floor which you reach by going down some stairs. In front of the house is a private area for parking cars.

Upstairs apartment

Going into the top apartment for 4 people, there is a bright open space where the lounge-dining room is, with a sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and 4 chairs and cupboards. This room has large windows and leads directly out to the terrace with views. From the dining area, you go into the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, Philips Senseo coffee capsule machine, filter coffee and tableware.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one of which has direct access to the terrace. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels.

On the terrace there is a small table and 2 chairs, a built-in barbecue and spectacular views of the sea and coast. To one side of the terrace there is a spiral staircase which leads to the terrace of the downstairs apartment.

Downstairs apartment

To get to the apartment on the ground floor which is for 4 people, you have to go down some stairs at the side of the house which bring you to a very big terrace with shady porch and outdoor furniture.

Going into this apartment, there is a bright open-plan area which includes an open kitchen and a lounge-dining room with wooden table and 6 chairs, sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, mini oven-grill, filter coffee maker and tableware. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes: one very big bedroom with a double bed and a fold-up bed and direct access to the terrace, and the other one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet with the washing machine. Bed linen and towels.

The outdoor area includes a very big terrace, shady porch with wooden picnic table and benches, table and chairs, portable barbecue and a small garden area. Spectacular views of the sea. Ideal for eating outdoors or just relaxing and enjoying the views.

The house is located in the Fener de Dalt residential area, about 900 metres from Cau del Llop beach and 2 km from the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
