"Do not book this place, it's an absolute scam! We drove to the location as noted in our reservation and when we arrived, the address did not exist. We asked local people in the area and no one could lead us to it either. What seemed peculiar leading up to our arrival is that there was absolutely no communication by the owner/host despite my attempts to connect with him. I had requested early arrival/late departure and there was no response. I asked for keys to get into the place and there was no response. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. Also, be sure to make a mental note of the pictures posted for this rental because some people use random fancy pictures not relevant to the rental to lure tourists into booking."

"The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a help for my poor Spanish skills! The hotel was clean and comfortable and our room had a nice view of the garden. The air conditioner was excellent! Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast had a good variety."

"We went to Los Andes for the weekend and stayed at Hotel Genova for 3x nights Fr-Mo. We booked a room with double bed with bathroom, it was quite cozy but spacious enough just for the weekend. Our room was conveniently located at the back of the hotel, right next to backyard door that led to a cute little outdoor area with seating area and pool. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful (the included continental breakfast was simple but still perfect to start the day without having to look for a breakfast place. The kitchen is not really available, there’s just a fridge (that isn’t located inside the kitchen), but the lovely house lady let me use the kettle. The only bummer was that the price in hotels.com didn’t match the actual price in Chilean pesos. When the total price on hotels.com showed $180, the actually price was $213. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay very much in this great location!"
