This was an excellent hotel overall. Location was perfect, near all the main places in downtown Ljubljana. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied and you could have tea/coffee and pastries in the afternoon. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and cleanliness was impeccable.

The hotel is gorgeous. The desk clerks are incredibly helpful and good. Our room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is the size of a small hotel room. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

heir friendly, helpful staff. The parking was a problem because of the restrictions, but we got it sorted out with expert help from staff and really enjoyed our stay there. The property is beautiful with a pleasing, eclectic style that made it stand out from other hotels, and the breakfast was sublime. I highly recommend this hotel.

Concierge was so helpful! The location is wonderful, at the edge of the pedestrian zone, yet still quiet. So convenient for sightseeing, yet close to transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very much appreciated the loan of a bus pass and help navigating the system for some visits outside the city!

The staff was the best hotel staff I may have ever met. Gabe was my first contact and he was very welcoming and grabbed a map to show me the best spots around then walked me to my room offering to help with my bags. Room was very clean and very nice. We were greeted by Jovan, the most wonderful and helpful employee. He showed us to the loveliest room on the top floor of this elegant hotel, decorated and designed to delight. We spent just one night in Ljubljana and booked the Lesar Hotel Angel without many expectations. We are so glad we did it. The interiors are quite characteristic, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was really superior. Since the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, there is no parking nearby. You'll have to unload you luggage in a temporary parking area, and move the car 350m far. The plus side is that you'll be right in the center of the city, with plenty of places to eat and visit.
