Struttura nel complesso molto bella, piscine per ogni esigenza (adulti e bambini) bellissime,animazione giovane e simpaticissima. Da migliorare le pulizie della camera, del corridoio e la disponibilità del wifi gratuito.

Scappate o voi che potete...
Appena arrivati il posto ha fatto una buona impressione,ma già alla reception era presente una ragazza poco preparata dopo vane speranze di trovare un phon a detta loro presente in struttura sono stata costretta a prendere la macchina e andarlo a comprare. In poche parole la mia vacanza é finita 2giorni prima mi sono svegliata la mattina del 5 e la mia camera era piena di polvere di calce (con rispettivi disagi perché mia sorella é stata male essendo allergica) quando abbiamo esposto il problema la cara direttrice una persona veramente poco cortese e premurosa verso gli ospiti che sganciano cifre abbastanza alte per essere accolti in questo modo,oltre a non scusarsi ci ha detto che é normale, quando ci sono lavori da fare lei deve farli e che in fondo era solo calce ..una persona paga una vacanza per respirare calce! La nostra vacanza é finita così due giorni prima senza risarcimento..la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.. La piscina é carina solo da vedere ma quando é piena molto probabilmente i depuratori non funzionano al meglio.. L'animazione carina ma niente di particolare. Inoltre la spiaggia più vicina e bella dista un 40min Il consiglio più sentito che posso darvi cambiate posto ne abbiamo girati tanti di villaggi ma uno con così tante problematiche e scortesia mai visto...a pochi metri ci sono molti villaggi carini e vicino al mare...

Gradevole soggiorno per un fine settimana. La location è accogliente ed il personale competente e misurato. Ma il resort ha destato delusione in merito alla pulizia del monolocale, tra pavimenti e stoviglie, che lasciava un po' a desiderare; tutto sommato non possiamo lamentarci né del loco né dei servizi forniti quali: giardini sempre verdi, piscine grandi e ben organizzate, parcheggi in ogni dove , intrattenimento delle serate in un carinissimo anfiteatro e campi da gioco a disposizione della clientela. Un'ultima osservazione va fatta per quanto concerne l'organizzazione del pasto colazione (per altro incluso nella mezza pensione), in quanto non ci è sembrato corretto il ragionamento posto dall'organizzazione. Non si può decidere di effettuare una colazione con vasta gamma di pietanze solo se si raggiunge un tot di clientela che ne usufruisce. Mi pare che anche gli altri clienti( se pur in minoranza) abbiano pagato per una colazione che in realtà non hanno avuto. Al bar ci è stato chiesto di decidere tra una pasta calda e una bevanda al bancone. E' stato inoltre assortito un "mini-buffet" su due tavolini posti vicini (molto arrangiato) sul quale erano posti dei cestini con fette biscottate, yogurt e due brocche di piccole-medie dimensioni: ci si sentiva in imbarazzo a prendere qualcosa in quanto le porzioni erano molto ridotte in confronto al numero di persone che avevano diritto a usufruirne.

una bella vacanza
Io mio marito e mio figlio abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento del residence in formula mezza pensione.L'animazione e'stata fantastica e molto coinvolgente la cucina del"Bistroit delle rose"molto buona,l'unica pecca il servizio del ristorante molto lento pur non essendo molto affollato.comunque ci torneremo sicuramente.

Rezeption schließt um 22.00 Uhr, nicht wie angegeben um 24.00 Uhr! Pizzeria auf dem Gelände ist gut und hat super freundliche Angestellte.

Ottimo posto per un soggiorno a due passi da Lecce
Siamo felici di aver potuto fare una full immersion nel Salento, potendo contare su un'ottimo punto di appoggio a due passi da Lecce. Camera molto ampia, pulita, dotata di cucina, tavolo pranzo, scrivania con tv, bagno confortevole, riscaldamento ottimale. Terrazzino, con tavolo e sedie e stendino, e un'ottima vista su spazi attrezzati a verde. Il tutto ad un prezzo davvero conveniente. Ci torneremo senza dubbio, e lo consigliamo anche per chi volesse passare delle giornate di visite turistiche e poter cenare in camera in totale libertá e relax, come se si stesse a casa.

Ottimo prezzo
In giro in moto in pieno agosto senza un posto per dormire: trovate un' offerta il giorno stesso a 39 euro per quello che di fatto è un ottimo appartamento vale le 4 stelle complessive. Inoltre pulito e silenzioso. Interessante anche per visitare l'alto Salento tenendo conto della buona posizione
