"My family and I a party of 10 enjoyed a fantastic holiday staying in Villa Tina. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Tina and her son who had prepared some lunch for us which was gratefully received. Tina kept in touch with us by text messages throughout the two week stay to make sure all was ok. She also cooked a lovely meal which she brought to the Villa for us towards the end of our holiday. "Das Haus ist sauber ,Pool war auch sehr sauber und nachkontroliert.Wir haben das Haus genossen .Die Besitzerin Marlena war sehr freundlich und per WattsApp sofort erreichbar gewesen.Wenn jemand mit dem Hund spazieren möchte , muss leider nur mit dem Auto von Hof rausfahren,weil das Haus direkt vor der Landstrase sich befindet und es keine Gehewege gibt,dafür gibt es aber großen Garten mit Zaun."

"Wir waren in der letztes Augustwoche da. Von außen ist das Haus eher nicht schön, ABER innen einfach nur großartig. Neben der Größe des Hauses haben uns besonders die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer gefallen. Auch der Garten und der Pool sind wunderbar. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienhäuser stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir es gleich nochmal gebucht."

"Das Haus ist schön. Für Kleinkinder leider nichts abgesichert, offene Kabel auf dem Grundstück und in der Sporthalle. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hätte noch mal eine Renovierung nötig. Die Wohnung unten hatte keine Klimaanlage und war sehr dunkel. Das Inventar in Küche ist alt und sehr abgenutzt. Es ist vieles nicht vorhanden von Scherer bis ein großen Topf extra. Die Töpfe in der unteren Wohnung waren wirklich sehr stark abgenutzt so das man sie nicht nutzen wollte, wäscheständer...

The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and pans and the outside area is covered which meant we could eat outside at all times.The owner came to meet us and brought maps and other useful information. There is a small shop in the village for essentials and a restaurant. (We were unlucky that the restaurant was shut while we were there). "Haus und Pool, inc. Service sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich. Die Lage des Hauses an einer doch (trotz September) lebhaft befahrenen Straße ist etwas unruhig. Aufgrund der tollen Fenster, wenn diese Nachts geschlossen bleiben, kann man aber trotzdem ruhig schlafen."

"Allover everything was just great!! unfortunately the check-out was a bit stressfull since the check out times was mentioned at 10 a.m. but the landlord and the cleaning staff showed up earlier and startet already doing the garden and wanted to clean. so this was putting some pressure beforde leaving. make sure that you'll be ready a bit earlier."
