Had a good time but wasnt because of the accomadations . Many issues but just to name a few . The weather was cool and the heater system is nonfunctional . Just blew cold air regardless of what we tried with the multiple controls ect . Btw we had a electrical engineer , a guy that builds houses , a doctor and 2 guys that run the electrical department at proctor and gamble staying there and noone could get the system to do anything . Secondly the TV situation is a joke . Barely functional without the basic channels like tnt or espn . Fyi sports fans and no way to watch anything . Thirdly chairs in dining room and living room shaky at best . I can go on but will stop . Ridiculous at 425$ per night . I thought vrbo would ensure a better product for that amount of money . Will certainly consider not going that route in the future . On the positive side the location is good and the kitchen was more than adequate. Great bedroom spaces other than the broken frame on one of the lower bunk beds . Oh sorry was on the positive side . Place has a lot of potential but needs work . Overpriced currently

Wonderful stay in the Catskills
Our stay at the Blue House was wonderful! The house was inviting, clean, and comfortable, with more than enough space for our family of five. The front porch is a charming feature of the house, and was a favorite spot during our visit for reading and hanging out. Matthew was very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. But the true highlight of the house is the location - it really cannot be beat. The house is walking distance to Catskills Brewery, the Smoke Joint, and all of the wonderful restaurants and shops on Main Street. Should you prefer to drive instead, all of these spots are a two minute drive away. Our family was visiting Livingston Manor to fly fish, and the house is less than a 10 minute drive from several fantastic fishing spots. Overall, we so enjoyed our stay at the Blue House and can’t wait to come back!
