Master Suite: King bed, attached full bath and double doors that exit to the beautiful back deck
Guest Room 1: 2 Twin Beds OR King (beds can be made to either configuration upon request)
Guest Room 2: 2 extra long twin beds
Guest Rooms 1 & 2 share a full bathroom in the hallway
Bonus Bedroom 3: Off the laundry area on the south end of the home, this bedroom has 1 twin bed.
This bedroom is adjacent to a very nice 1/2 bath off the kitchen and mudroom area.
KITCHEN, LIVING AND OUTDOOR SEATING:
The large kitchen has every small appliance, serving platter, utensil or tool you need to host a wonderful meal. You can serve your guests in the gorgeous 8 person dining area (complete with entertaining linens, napkins, placemats, etc) or on the amazing deck with mountain and hillside views. Outdoor lighting, BBQ grill and table and chairs are found in your al fresco dining area.
The living room is cozy and has seating for the crew. A large flatscreen TV is equipped with direct tv and a roku device for your streaming subscriptions . Games, books, and plenty of conversation pieces are found here as well.
The home has a full size washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, mudroom for taking off you fishing gear, AND a bonus full size refrigerator and freezer for extra groceries, bags of ice and refreshments.
THE GROUNDS:
Explore, relax and enjoy the beautifully kept yard with secret trails to the historic outbuildings on the property. We have a gas fire pit on the porch to cozy up to and enjoy the amazing views. You can safely and easily walk on the trails to the national forest access for endless hiking and rock climbing opportunities of Allen Spur and the Absaroka-Beartooth mountains.
4.5 miles from Livingston. You are on a more rural country road, but a well traveled one . You are between forest service and a public fishing access spot on the Yellowstone River. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.
You'll need a rental car. Rental bicycles could be fun for the active guest who likes a leisurely ride from town (on a paved designated bike path) from the house to town.
