The highway entrance is just 1/4 mile from the condo and the route to Yellowstone National Park is right outside your door via Highway 89 South.

Easy transit by car, the condo is conveniently located near the interstate on ramp for a quick jaunt to Bozeman, right on the way to the Paradise Valley for scenic mountain views or even into Yellowstone National Park.
There are grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores all located within quick walking distance. The bike and walking path also extends all the way to downtown. Or a quick drive towards downtown will place you in the heart of shops, restaurants and galleries galore in under 5 minutes. Don't forget to swing by Sacajawea Park -- great for kids and walking trails, plenty of green space, some tennis courts, and to enjoy the scenic views of the Yellowstone River.
Uber or other local taxi services may be available depending on the season and time of day.
There are local shuttle companies offering airport pick ups and drop offs, though services may be limited.

PARKING: Please make sure to park ONLY in the spaces designated "O" for OPEN. Parking in designated spots or may get your vehicle towed. Guests may also take advantage of the free street parking near the entrance of the complex along Loves Lane.
PET POLICY: Montana Modern Luxury Condo does allow ONE dog. The pet fee must be paid during booking process and covers the length of stay. Please be courteous to other residents of the condo, keep your dog on a leash while outside, and clean up pet waste.
Registered Service Animals (SA) are welcome.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are welcome with verified documentation. The Guest must provide documentation from a licensed mental health professional to the Host at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The Host is entitled to charge the Guest for any damages caused by the Emotional Support Animal.
