Incredible condo with perfect amenities to keep you comfortable during your visit to the Yellowstone area. Less than an hour to the gateway to Yellowstone and less than 30 minutes to Bozeman. Will definitely be back.

Exceptionally clean and well-located, with the best coffee hut just a stone’s throw away, in the Albertson’s parking lot. Some noise from the neighbors, but overall we had a great time and plan to be back next year.

This property was perfect for extended family to visit Family in Livingston. Close to town, not far to Bozeman. Perfect central location for seeing that part of Montana. The condo itself had plenty of space. It was easy to come and go. 1 flight of stairs in case stairs are an issue.

Brand new. Centrally located between Yellowstone and Bozeman
Moved my daughter to MSU-Bozeman. This 2nd floor condo has all the things you need and was clean. Manager was very responsive and helped when we couldn’t get in. There’s some building going on but it happened during normal business hours. Overall very nice place to stay.

Exceptional hosts thought of everything
Very clean and exceptionally well provisioned unit makes for a great place to stay. We enjoyed staying here and benefited from not having to buy any supplies -everything was already there. Location is immediately behind Albertsons and espresso hut/drive through. McDonalds and Starbucks and Taco Bell, as well as a couple of gas stations, make this a super convenient location at the exit from I-90 on the way to the Paradise Valley/Chico Hot Springs/Gardiner and Yellowstone National Park. Downtown Livingston is as close as can be. The unit is new, has three bedrooms and a balcony on the second floor of a three floor building. We found it to be quiet and pleasant and relaxing - a perfect retreat in an action-packed recreational area.

Great 3 bedroom property in Livingston, MT. Super clean and well furnished. Natural light and space were congruent with the natural surroundings. Cousins weekend
The condo was wonderful. It was super clean and organized. The owners had little touches everywhere, We loved the new with the antiques. It was super cozy and a great home base. We visited Livingston, hiked in Paradise Valley, soaked in the hot springs at Chico and visited the Grizzly Bear santuary.
