Great location and very nice hotel!
"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly ..."

"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. "This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . ..."

"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). "staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children."
