The spacious 80mq ski chalet apartment is arranged over two floors and boasts a bright and spacious open plan living and dining room ideal for family meals and entertainment. A comfortable sitting area features alongside the modern home comforts of a flat screen TV and WIFI access.

From the open plan room French doors lead directly out to a private mountain-view balcony, which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening aperitif.

The open plan living area also leads to a family friendly kitchen diner furnished with a large dining area ideal for sitting up to 6 and serving as the perfect place for enjoying dinners prepared and cooked from the fully equipped kitchen provided.

Upstairs the sleeping quarters are spacious and versatile, with two large bedrooms each enjoying high vaulted beam ceilings for a romantic Ski chalet charm and ambience. The master comprises a double bed and the second features a private balcony with two twin single beds which can be joined to form a double if required.

The Ski chalet apartment also comprises two modern fitted bathrooms, with the principal family one fitted with a bath tub and overhead shower cable and the second featuring a power shower.

A heated ski boot and equipment storage area is provided and a private garage is also provided for guests’ use.

From the property guests are within easy reach of the fabulous array of resort facilities, which includes tax free shopping, a Wellness Centre complete with Gym, swimming pool and a day Spa with Saunas and a selection of steam rooms ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Livigno boasts one of the best Snowboard parks in all of Europe and has some very good ski runs for all the family; and in particular offers many popular intermediate runs. The winter months also provide opportunities for dog sledding, snow Go-karting and even ice climbing.

Families can also enjoy the Mottolino Bike Park, Larix Adventure Park and the surrounding hiking trails to Lago di Livigno and around the breathtaking Swiss National Park.

The resort also boasts a wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants to keep you entertained throughout your stay, and for those looking for a fun night out live music venues and night clubs also provide the perfect distraction.
