The Space:
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Lord Street, set back in the old posting office building. It has all the original features with very large ceilings and big sash windows. The apartment has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with use of both a shower and a bath. Bedroom one has one double and one single bed. Bedroom two has two single beds and benefits from the large family bathroom. Each bedroom has Egyptian cotton sheets and mattress toppers for sheer comfort. Both bathroom suites have Villroy & Bosch designer showers, toilets, sinks and one bathroom also has a bath. The open plan living space has a fabulous high spec kitchen with a washer dryer, dishwasher, hob and oven, dining table and 6 chairs, a large suede sofa and foot stool. There is complimentary wifi connection and underground parking available for £7.50 per day per space (to be paid for direct with host).
Car Park
We have a secure car park on site, which is £7.50 per day and payment needs to be made on our website.
Bed Linen and Towels
This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.

We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay.
Access
There is a code for the apartment block. We will provide instructions of access are provided once the apartment once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.
Contact with your host
Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.
