A hidden Gem in Southport
Situated to the centre of Southport with lots to see and do and plenty of places to eat whether it be a restaurant or a pub.The area is very dog friendly. The annexe is clean,comfortable, peaceful and very relaxing. Dogs are welcomed. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and approachable. doorstep

Brilliant. Quiet.
We felt incredibly welcome, very comfortable accommodation with a good kitchen (very important for coeliac) and a beautiful garden. The peace was greatly appreciated.

Nice cottage
The host was very friendly on arrival and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately we found the bed very uncomfortable and seemed quite small. The shower was either cold or boiling hot, no in between and only one hand towel for the two of us. There was nice touches on arrival, ie fresh eggs from their hens, coffee and biscuits but limited kitchen equipment.

Short and sweet stay
We were only staying for a few days but they couldn't have been better. Our hosts, Graham and Debbie, made us feel very welcome and they couldn't have been more helpful. The annexe itself was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very clean and comfortable and it had the added advantage of a beautiful and secure garden. The location was ideal because it was very quiet as we are used to living in a village. Definitely to be recommended.

CHARMING COTTAGE ANNEXE
Graham and Debbie were the perfect hosts. TheAnnexe was tastefully decorated and their garden was wonderful (our dog loved running about on the huge garden. I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to spending another perfect and relaxing holiday here myself.

Can't fault our stay ? Perfect location and the little annexe was pristine I couldn't wished for a cleaner place it was full of every amenities... will definitely be returning it's a credit to them so friendly and helpful

Lovely property. It had everything you could need. Beautiful garden. Loved the kitchen garden and the chickens. Very dog friendly. Set in a peaceful location within a short drive to lots of amenities. Only 10 minutes drive to Southport sea front. Graham Deb are lovely hosts. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back

Fabulous
A little gem! Fabulous property so close to Southport and plenty of things to visit. Very comfortable , spacious and absolutely spotless. The garden is beautiful and it was a pleasure to sit outside in the evening with a cheeky one. The property is also very dog friendly and well secured for dogs to be off the lead( under supervision of course). Graham and Debbie are very friendly and always on hand should you need anything. 5 stars !

A delightful cottage
This lovely annexe, with patio seating and surrounded by beautiful, quiet gardens, is a perfect base for exploring the Southport area. The hosts have thought of everything you’d need and are very welcoming. This cottage is roomy for one couple while the dining table easily seats 6 if there are day guests. We highly recommend this property!
