"We were there because we had taken our dog to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, we had brought our other dogs and they gave us a room convenient to the exit, the dog area was good. It looks like they are remodeling, lobby area very nice, rooms a little worn but still fine. The service was great, we had decided to check out a day early but after check out time and they gave us a partial refund, then the vet talked us into leaving our dog one more night and we called back and they gave us our room back, it was easy and painless."

"I cannot say enough about this little gem. I have skipped over it every time I’ve stayed in FOCO because it looks a little dated. BUT this place is great and I will stay again! The kindest staff: I accidentally left a few items and they took the time to call me and ask if I wanted it before they tossed it. When does that ever happen? The beds are incredibly comfy, front desk guy personally brought me an other blanket within 5 minutes of asking. Didn’t try breakfast but you won’t find great free breakfast at FOCO hotels. My daughter goes to school at CSU and we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This is our new choice on repeat. Thank you Kiva"
