Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. I got there on Thursday evening and there were 4 people already in my apartment. I ended up staying in the room they were supposed to stay in and they left on Tuesday. "No bedding for the sofa bed..it advertises a sofa bed. My grandson was not going to share a bed with me so i had to leave the heating on to keep warm. 1 towel each for 4 days. Not acceptable. No iron although an ironing board was there. Cupbard handles and all switches filthy. Took photos but it eont let me add them. Also no hot water xmas day for some reason."
