Bettys at the beach is a luxury holiday home. It is set in the quiet and leafy Sea Lane and is less than 2 minutes walk from the sea. It has been finished to an extremely high, designer standard with beautiful up to date interiors including all modern appliances. Sleeping up to 6 in 3 stylish bedrooms it is perfect for family and friends with an enclosed safe garden and is only an hour and a half from London. Bettys is pet friendly and disabled friendly.
Bettys at the beach has a lovely bright fresh and light feel appropriate to the location. Features of particular note are the stunning wood floored spacious and contemporary living room and the stylish kitchen with ample dining space.
You will love the bathrooms after a day on the beach, they have a spa feel and are stunning.
The games room houses the table football, plenty of games for the children and a dog bed should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
Outside the property is a drive with parking for 2 cars with further parking outside the property.
The south west facing garden has a large patio and is secluded and secure with rattan furniture and BBQ.

House by the beach
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was ideal for a family gathering and the garden perfect for meal times and play with the kids. We loved the walk to the tidal beach. Highly recommend for a family trip and will book again.

Lovely property in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Betty's. Lovely house in a quiet location 2 minutes walk from the beach. Amenities within walking distance and plenty to do in the local area. Communication with the host was excellent as well, will definitely be back.

Our 2nd stay and we will be back next year. Lovely location very close to the beach. Very well equipped, feels like home from home. The garden gets the sun until late. We will be returning for our 3rd visit next year.

Lovely house just a few minutes from the beach
This is a beautiful bungalow in a quiet road and just a few minutes' walk to the sea. House is decorated nicely and very comfortable and spacious. Dog-friendly garden and kids loved the table football. Good for visiting Worthing, Arundel and Brighton. Nice coffee shop in the village, too. One of the best cottages we've stayed in, if a bit pricey (but that's the area, I guess). Highly recommended

Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Betty's, the property is very nicely decorated, the garden is large and spacious, the bedrooms all a good size - nothing we asked was too much and the welcome hamper was very thoughtful and generous. The location to the beach is fabulous and the village has some lovely places to explore - also great that you are just 6mins from a big supermarket if required. We loved our visit/stay and will be back!

Wonderful Long Weekend Stay

Fantastic Bungalow
We had a lovely stay at Betty’s on the beach we used it as a base as we had a wedding at Cissbury Barns and it was easy to get to. We all loved our stay we couldn’t fault anything, the inside was wonderful everything you could possibly need and we had amazing weather and loved chilling in the garden and the closeness to the beach. This was our second visit to Betty's. Great property, well laid out with plenty of room. Perfect location, being just a short walk to the beach. Great for walking the dogs. We went to the Seaview Hotel and Restaurant for a meal on the Saturday night. A very popular location. Will be back to Betty's later in the year.

We had a lovely half term break at Sian's place. She was prompt to respond to messages. The property itself is great, plenty of room and cosy, in the face of some pretty frim weather. It makes a good base to explore - we visited Ferring, Brighton and Arundel - we would have visited more if we had stayed longer. Would highly recommend

An excellent equipped property very close to the sea. This must be the best property that we have stayed in over the years. Warm and spacious with three bedrooms, one with on suite features plus a family bathroom. The kitchen had everything that you would expect, washing machine, dish washer etc. I really can’t fault this property and give it 5 stars.

Lovely short summer break
We stayed at Betty's for a week-long family getaway, and really enjoyed staying there. The house was well-kept and well-equipped. Sian clearly gives thought to the guests who stay at the property - from the welcome hamper we were given to clear and prompt communication throughout our stay. The location of the property, within walking distance to the sea, shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes in East Preston, and also within driving distance to many attractions, is ideal. As were the parking spaces available.
