"Near to Key West in a quiet neighborhood. "

"We stayed for four nights. They have ample beds, a nice tv, a large kitchen, and many parking spots. There are not many walkable beaches but there is a couple of good restaurants nearby. We had a great time, everything was nice, and everything was as listed. I would rent again. "

"House needs maintenance. It was ready when we arrived, cleaned, great location, lots of restaurants, everything worked, we had our boat, dock was good but again needed some love. Outdoor furniture needs an upgrade. All together we were happy with our stay. "

"Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable. "

"Very good for price. Had everything we needed. Owner was responsive, however the floating dock came loose on one side no one ever showed up to fix. Made it hard to put in Kayaks and paddle boards. Loved the Manatees!"

"The home was neat and clean. There were a few items that needed to be repaired… Drawers in the primary bathroom vanity and master bedroom armoire. could’ve had more bath towels… We stayed one week the pool and dock area were very nice. Also, the kitchen amenities, including dishwasher worked very well for us… Would recommend "

"30 minutes to Key West; great local restaurants (highly recommend the Square Grouper) and within minutes of biking/walking trails. A wonderful location and a well appointed house. We loved it!"

"We had the best time ever! Property was perfect. Jessica is the best!!!"

"The house was very clean and better than expected with updated kitchen. The kayaks were the best! We went out several times and saw manatees, a shark and many dolphins. We had everything we needed. Tiki bar, large hot tub, lounge chairs, on the canal in a convenient location. We would definitely stay again. "

"My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, the beautiful view, the prime location for great places to eat and things to do, the short drive to Key West and Bahia Honda. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy and all was as described. Susan was quick in responding to any questions we had. We will stay here again, I’m sure. "
