"Venture out is a great location for being on the water. This rental was reasonable, spacious and clean! We had an amazing stay with no issues!"

"We loved our stay at the twin dolphin. The place is exactly as it is described on VRBO. It was close to many awesome spots, although walkers take your life in your hands on the highway. Beds were comfortable but small for queens. Great dock to fish and people watch and the swim spa was great! Only 2 small beefs… there was never enough hot water and the cleaning crew working outside filled every trash can leaving us no place to put checkout trash. . "

"This place was beautiful. When staying in a rental, there can always be a little something that is not right or goes wrong. Nothing went wrong with this place. The master bed evidently has an older form top mattress that doesn't dissipate heat, so it you are warm sleeping you will want to sleep in the second bedroom. It's not quite as bad. "The property is perfect for a couple maybe 3. Its on the smaller side but we loved our time there. Property owner was very attentive even went and bought fishing poles when we asked if there were some available! We will be back!"

"location was great! the house was clean and well stocked, the dock was amazing and the fishing from the dock was great kiddos caught everything from nurse sharks to small tarpon. the pool was perfect after coming in from a day on the water. location for boat ramp, and fuel couldn't be much easier. trailer parking on property was easy as well. we enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time!"

I rated cleanliness as 4 stars because there was a small ant problem in the unit, lots of traps set up but they were on the kitchen floor. "The cabin location and cleanliness were great. However, several of the outdoor chairs were damaged/broken causing unstable seating options. The window AC unit in the second bedroom ran but did not cool sufficiently and the kitchen had no unit and since it was located on the south side of the cabin, it was very warm and stuffy. It could benefit from additional maintenance."
