"Stay was nice. We were celebrating my daughters 10th birthday. She wanted a heated pool which u offered and she was happy. Room was clean...sofa bed was uncomfortable but everything else was great. "Great service and certainly clean. Front desk is staffed early and late. Breakfast is okay and perfect for a quick bite before getting on with the day. The bathtub in our room had a faulty faucet, some less than expert repair around tub, and mornings could be a shower with less than warm water. Evenings, with a little fiddling of the valve, warm water was there."

"The property has a nice lobby and pretty balcony looking over it but the rooms were in disrepair. Our bathroom included a duct taped soap dish and missing tiles, a door knob that was barely hanging on. The business center had a desk chair that was cracking apart. It's sad because you can see that it would only take a little more care and expense to be really impressive."

"The hotel is convenient to anything you need or want to do. The rooms are very clean as well as the hotels common areas. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are too firm to my liking but perfect if you like firm pillows. They serve breakfast everyday which has a nice assortment of items. Something for everyone! Last but not least the staff is very friendly and and welcoming. We have stayed 3 times so far this year and we will be back whenever we are in Carisle. "
