"This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend."

"We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Norris Cottage! The house was so cute, clean and comfortable. All the little touches in the house made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Enjoyed our day at Cumberland Island. Eileen was an excellent host and was very responsive. We all enjoyed our coffee sitting in the screened in porch. The squirrels and little lizards in the yard put on a show fir us! The Keurig coffeemaker and assorted coffees were convenient and easy. Thank you so much!!"

"The property was very clean and welcoming. The owner was very responsive and we especially appreciated the no pets policy. The attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add a disposal, but again, wonderful stay! We will definitely plan to rent again in the future!"

"Definitely a great location. Owners were very communicative. Place is close to the main town. 3 minutes from the National Park Visitor Center. Needs a tad of updating, we went to bar be cue and there was no gas. I can't give it half a star if not I would rate 4 1/2 stars. "

"washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay"

"Hurricane Helene knocked out power so we were not able to stay there. BUT owner communicated extremely well throughout the process. I would book here again. Unit is adorable and was spotless!!!"

"They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles."
