"The property was serene and the exact place to recover from teaching. Alisa was so responsive when my coffee maker didn’t work and lovely to talk to. The views made me feel like I was on a live aboard and it was just ahhhhhhhhh"

"We had a great stay. The place was clean, and there were plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. I even found coffee supplies. Dan quickly responded to all questions. We loved the location. Make your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake from your private bit of shoreline. It was a convenient drive to everywhere we wanted to go, but had an out in the woods feel. I would have zero hesitations about returning. "

"It was not unusual to have multiple eagles up in the tree at the same time. The most we saw were two adults and three young being taught how to fish. Your place was warm and cozy. A terrific spot to get away for peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely thank you very much."

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was a cute little place to stay. The fireplace was a nice addition as the nights were a little chilly. "

"I first want to say that, overall, this was exactly what wife my and I needed and expected. that being said, this is obviously a 1950's-ish lakeside house. The host has done a lot of good work in doing some updates, but...if you are looking for pure luxury and space...this isn't for you. Then again, if you are renting this for that...you're missing out...because the highlights are the very secluded, private location and the spectacular view. We would definitely stay here again!"

The cabin was great- perfect for our stay, clean but cozy, and so well thought through. It was stocked with conveniences (coffee, creamer, shampoo, etc.) and so tidy. "We were overall very pleased with our experience. The home was very clean, welcoming and homey. The location was accessible to downtown Egg Harbor, Fish Creek and other nearby towns. Just some FYI’s - location is set close to the intersection of a busy road, so traffic and other noises were a bit more than we were expecting. We would recommend this place to other travelers wanting to explore the Door County area!"

"We have stayed here several times and we love it. It is clean when we arrive and is a nice traditional Door County Cottage. The views are spectacular and sunsets and sunrises are awesome. The love swing overlooking Sand Bay and bonfire pit are nice touches. Located on the end of a dead end road, it offers privacy and is close to all Door County attractions. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit...."

"Quant, quiet cabins with a bit of nostalgia. Perfect size for our friends getaway weekend , a couples retreat or small family getaway. Very clean and I loved the nostalgia of the inside. Beautiful water view to watch the sunset at night. Just far enough out of town for quietness, but close enough for convenience and other things to do. Host was very nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again!"
