Home away from home
The property was amazing- Ruth and her family cover every possible need and want during a stay. The cottage was clean and fresh- the bedding and towels were high quality-we lacked for nothing it was warm and inviting- we highly recommend it

Excellent Gem in LR!
We loved our stay in this little house!! It's a great location, plenty of room for 2 people (probably up to 4, but I'm snobby and I like having my own bathroom!), and incredibly well appointed for such a petite house! The only thing I will note is that the instructions for where to park are a little unclear, but Ruth answered our phone call immediately and was able to help! We would definitely stay here again!

An oasis in Little Rock
This gem is the best we have stayed at! Lots of space, tons of extras and amenities, beautifully decorated and super clean. Host was attentive and thought of everything. Only a mile from UMAS and easy access to restaurants. Vino’s pizza is the best. We hope this property is available for our next trip to UAMS.

Weekend Discovery of Little Rock
Well I wasn't able to go due to travel issues due to Hurricane Helene. :-( Having said that my adult son was able to go with his girlfriend and just loved this place! Location was great for doing the Big Dam Bridge Ride this weekend. The place was cozy, well stocked, and very clean. Hope to try to go next year and will try to book again.

Cute house in a perfect location
Ruth’s property was perfect for our weekend in Little Rock! The house was adorable, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had double vanities, and the whole place was super clean. The location couldn’t have been better. Not only did we feel very safe, it seemed like every time we got in the car to go somewhere, we were always 7-8 minutes from where we needed to be. If we are ever back in Little Rock, we will definitely be staying at Ruth’s property again!

Just what we needed
My parents and I were in town for a family wedding. This home was close to all festivities and gave us someplace to relax (and spread out) in between wedding weekend events. I’m a bit of a clean freak and brought my own Clorox wipes “just in case” but didn’t have to use them! If I ever find myself in Little Rock; I will definitely stay again.

Very Neat and clean. Beautiful inside with nice bedrooms, big 2 sink bathroom, Large open Kitchen-living room with plenty of seating. It is located in a busy downtown area which makes it convenient for downtown activities. It is relatively quiet inside and the side yard is beautiful and inviting. The host, Ruth, was very accommodating. I would stay here again!

So CUTE!!
This little guest house is adorable. We loved the space! Nice little common living room and kitchen area. Nice outdoor spots to hang out. We loved the gate that closed our car in at night. It made us feel very secure. We did have trouble getting on WiFi, but already booked our next Little Rock trip for August. We will stay here again and get the WiFi situation solved.

Unique and Relaxing
We had a short weekend stay in Little Rock for our nieces college graduation. Looking for a small home with a backyard for our toddler, this unique home was perfect for our family. The area was quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the private gate and driveway. The backyard area was very inviting with the mural on the side of the house and quaint waterfall. The greenery was outstanding around the home. The two bedroom, one bath home was spacious enough for our family. The wine was an extra plus to have the availability to purchase. Lovely property
Had a nice stay in the heart of Little Rock. Did some cycling on the Arkansas River Trail and walked over to the Capital. The host is very responsive to any needs. We were low on dishwasher soap and it appeared outside our door within an hour. I love the gardens and water feature.

Good location, well stocked
My husband, son and I came to town for a concert. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Safe location, cute, very well stocked guest house, comfortable beds, easy check in process and comfortable beds. In the morning we walked to Capital Bistro for a delicious breakfast. We were also only a few blocks from the concert venue, The Hall.
