"Great house for our golf excursion. Owner was very responsive despite being in Europe!Plenty of beds. Great location and easy to check in and out of. I hope to rent this property again next year!We had a couple of minor issues which the owner resolved promptly. Specifically we couldn't find the trash can which was replaced quickly. The other issue I reported was a lack of toilet tissue and it turns out we just didn't look hard enough! We are a group of 60 year old fraternity brothers...

"We stayed here as a group of 13. Four adults (ages 32 - 40) and nine kids (ages 1 - 13). The condo was incredibly spacious and could have easily fit an even larger group comfortably! Our favorite space was the long tables, which were able to accommodate ALL of our group— incredible! We also really enjoyed the pool table and the well equipped kitchen. The beach is a very short walk across the road. It took us about 5 minutes with young children. The speed limit on the road is 25 mph, so even...

"Even though our property was across the street we had the most amazing view of the ocean from our door. Even the marsh view that our balcony had was very nice. There were a lot of little repairs that our unit could have used but being a large family of 6 the space was wonderful for us. It’s great staying somewhere that we can order groceries and have meals in the condo. It would be nice to see the maintenance that owners pay going more towards simple upkeep on each unit. And the parking garage...

"The property was nearly perfect: new, neat, fully stocked, missing nothing. Things that would have been nice: knowing how far back in the resort the property sits; knowing the unit was on the walk-up third floor; knowing how to dispose of waste vs. recycling; instructions for the very sparse TV remotes that likely could do just about anything (if we could’ve figured them out). All tiny “issues” that didn’t diminish our enjoyment one bit. (Also annoying how this space won’t allow editing!"
