Located within easy reach of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, Carolina Yacht Landing is a little slice of paradise - a peaceful setting with access to 2 community pools. Spend your days at the beach and enjoying the Grand Strand while knowing a cozy oasis awaits your return at this second-floor condo with an elevator!

Open to discuss discounted rates for 15 day or more stays. No motorcycles, RV's or trailers allowed on premises.

No smoking and no pets allowed

A very comfortable stay in a safe environment.
This was our third stay in this very clean comfortable property. Through the past three years the hosts, Mark and Tammy, reached out to us "elderly couple" to make sure we had a safe trip and accommodated us in what I would call a family manner. A very welcoming feeling and very special. The property itself is located in a gated community. The location in North Myrtle Beach makes for easy travelling to a large number of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within approximately ten minuets. A special feature is the deck which is private, wind protected and allows for the early morning sun during the cooler months. All furnishings are very clean and in excellent condition. It is always a little let down when it comes time to leave and hopefully we will get a chance to return. All in all, we consider ourselves fortunate to have found this property.

Awesome, July 4 week !!!!
This place far exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as expected and even better.!!!!! Beds were very comfortable and all communication was very easy with owner. He was great to deal with.!!!! We definitely will be back again soon!!!! We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and always stayed on the beach, but we have definitely found our new happy place. We will stay here from now on.

It was perfect!
The Roberts’ home is absolutely everything you would want for a nice vacation. It is beautifully decorated and so well stocked! The condo is spacious and comfortable and close to area attractions. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only two miles from the beach. It was safe, relaxing, and perfect! Communicating with Mark was easy, clear, and concise. We enjoyed every single minute here and will stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful visit to North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed staying at Mark and Tammy‘s place. It is beautifully decorated. The views overlooking the inlet and the Intracoastal waterway were fabulous. This condo is very close to restaurants and shopping! We especially enjoyed our dolphin tour at Southern Shores. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

Mark, the host, was responsive, accommodating & wonderful. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated & with a great water view. Condo was located in a peaceful development but beach, wonderful restaurants & shopping 5-10 minute drive. Little River is a peaceful area. We enjoyed watching the Xmas boat parade from our balcony. Beautiful and Relaxing
The place was everything you would hoped it would from the listing, but before I get into how great things were I want speak about the owners. The Roberts are the type of owners that you hope to get every time you stay some where. They were extremely nice and pleasant to rent from. I want to say thank you for that. On to the property. Just before we opened the door there was the welcoming and relaxing aroma coming from inside that we loved. We found the property in top notch shape. Everything was clean and functioning. Our two boys both had very nice bedrooms that were more than sufficient for their ages (4 and 6) but an adult was also be just fine. The kitchen was great for us with cooking a few meals. There are basic cooking utensils, cookware, and glassware. The living room was spacious for even a young family of 5. The master bedroom aka Captain's Quarters LOVED it!! The shower in the master was very roomy and plenty of pressure. The view from the living room and the balcony was great. This property also has a washer and dryer and that was probably one of the most important thing for us since we have young kids.. The community is quite so if you the type that likes to party and act out this is not the place for you. You will be bored. There are two pools on site. They are not very big but enough for the kids to play or if you just want to relax and float around. There is a very small hot tub at one of the pools. All in all this was a great trip for us and we were lucky to get to stay here.

Peaceful Getaway
This condo was so quiet and peaceful. It was great to watch boats going up and down the intercostal waterway. I enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine at night on the screened porch that faces the waterway! It was very quiet so if you are looking for a place not crowded with a lot of people this was ideal.

Renting from Mark was the easiest part of our trip! The condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was close to the ballparks but also far enough away to relax and enjoy the beach and international waterway for fishing. We will definitely keep this condo on our list for a must visit again.

We enjoyed our quick getaway and stay at this condo! Very clean unit, great beds, and the location was close to the marina and all the great restaurants. The hosts were helpful in making suggestions for dinner and available for any additional questions we had. Great Host!
