"What a wonderful place! We are a family of four and were worried that our two boys would run out of things to do but they loved it! The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. The house is perfectly located 1hr from Caen, 20 minutes from Vire and an easy drive to the D day beaches. There is a beautiful lake near by which has pedalos and canoes for hire and for adrenaline junkies there is the Normandie Luge and...

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights in October and literally my ONLY regret was why the heck I didn’t book for a longer stay! It was absolute perfection! Property manager was excellent with communication and he and his spouse met us at check in and gave us a tour of their GORGEOUS property! They live onsite, so there are private areas with no access to guests (3 units on site, all with their own private outdoor spaces), however we found it perfectly comfortable, private and peaceful. "Out in the countryside but just ten minutes at most by car to bakeries and supermarket. Good location for seeing the beaches. Our hosts were very nice, and their dog made friends with our grandkids immediately. Spacious accommodations. Only downside was a minimal supply of toilet paper and rather light supplies of cooking spices, etc. overall a really nice place for families, nice hosts, good location. Would definitely recommed it."

"The flooring pattern in the sleeping room is identical as it is in the bathroom such as it is almost impossible to see that there's a step down. The first time I fell I was bruised and bloodied where my elbow tried to break my fall. After another fall at the same place, I put duct tape in the doorway to remind the drop. Otherwise, everything else was terrific, particularly the location. "

"We were worried about the walk from the train station with luggage. Yes, it was a little farther out, but our accommodation in the family apartment was worth the extra steps. The apartment was fully stocked, clean, and roomy enough for the three of us. We loved the family atmosphere."

"A terrific hotel, really nice atmosphere, beautiful buildings. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been a bit better. It was ok but if you made coffee and cooked eggs or an omelette to order on top it would have been perfection. Would definitely stay here again."
