"We met the owner in Nafplion and he took us to the property. He was very helpful showing us how things worked in the house. He also gave us lots of local information with recommendations of what to visit and where to go for eating out, shopping etc. The house has been beautifully restored and has touches to show its original use. "This property was perfect for two couples on a one week visit to Nafplio. It is a grand old house filled with charming features, perfectly located for walking to the old town shops and restaurants. We loved the courtyard for evening cocktails! Communications with our host were clear and she was available whenever we needed. Looking forward to coming back for a lengthier stay!"

"Great location on the water with beautiful views. Place was clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Host provided great information about local restaurants and activities to do in the area. We did some amazing day trips based on his suggestions to Leonidio and Kastanista. The local Taberna in Kiveri which is a 5 min walk has amazing food. Would highly recommend this place. "

"If you are going to Nafplio, the Espero is a great place to stay! Only a block from the water, parking available within two blocks, and all major attractions are walkable from the hotel. The breakfast was a major plus here -- they have their own restaurant which offers excellent food as part of your stay! We stayed in the top floor, which came with a rooftop patio where we could hang out, and even offered a jacuzzi/hot tub for us to chill in after a long day of touring the town! (Note, it's only large enough for one adult comfortably, but you can fit two if you're willing to intertwine limbs) I definitely recommend the Espero and would certainly stay there again if we return to Nafplio."

"We loved our stay. This is a small inn with only 7 units and all of the special touches one would expect from a boutique hotel. It is staffed from 8:00AM - 10:00pm by helpful front desk staff. The decor is a tasteful blend of modern and old world like hard wood floors and a fancy multi nozzle shower. There is free parking offsite accessible within a 5 minute walk. You can have breakfast in your room with no extra charge. My only complaint is that the wifi is very slow. "

"This was our first time in Napflio and we are so happy that we chose this hotel. The room was large and comfortable- and the fact that we had a terrace overlooking the square was incredible. The only thing I might suggest is you could update the television for one that allowed streaming services. But that was a minor thing"

"The property owner Nikos is so helpful and kind. I really don’t think you can find a better place to stay in Napoli. If you’re up for it, the third floor has a balcony with a great view of Fort Palamidi that is the perfect spot for an evening glass of wine or three. I wouldn’t overthink it, this is the spot."
