"Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing."

"Gray woods is a remarkable treasure. You walk in the door and feel instantly comfortable and at home. The views are stunning, the kitchen is better equipped than my own and I'm a great cook. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Sunsets and sunrises are stunning, the stars are bright. We had sunshine, torrential rain, thick fog, and it was all exactly right. "We usually rent right near our relatives closer to Newcastle, but there was a problem with heat in property so we needed a new rental to move into and “Otterly getaway” was willing to rent to us the day before they technically were available which was good for us. The kitchen of the getaway is just perfect for cooking side dishes for our large family Thanksgiving that was just about 20 minutes a way. We slept in the king bed and it was excellent sleeping.
