The house is close to lots of outdoor activities including Hiking at 3 regional park areas, biking directly from the subdivision, and world class golfing at the Verrado golf club and Wigwam resort. Baseball spring training is also close by in Surprise & Goodyear. Easy access to Loop 303 and Interstate 10. New Fry's grocery stone minutes from the house as well as restaurants and shopping. Approx 30-35 minutes from skyharbor airport.
