Absolutely stunning brand new home in Litchfield Park, close to Verrado area!!!

Unbelievably gorgeous single story brand new home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, also a pullout queen sofa in the study area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of walking trails and parks close by. Super close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. I really believe you will love and enjoy staying in this home in Arizona. For the tv lovers we have direct tv, an 85” screen in the great room, 75” in the primary bedroom and 75” in the study area. WiFi is of course available for your use.

Amber was a great host, and the house was brand new as advertised. Our family of four really only used the master suite, so there were three bedrooms and two other bathrooms we hardly used, to give an idea of the space here. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was spotless, fresh & super clean. I am OCD clean & this property far exceeded my expectations. The property manager’s communication was clear, precise & easy to follow. Also the manager was extremely nice and she went far and beyond in the communication to make my family vacation the best. The property was stocked with all the amenities needed. Perfect house overall!! Amber was amazing and made our stay super easy. House was brand new and offered everything we needer for our short stay in Arizona. New construction, community is still being developed but not far from shopping and restaurants. If available would stay there again!

Visiting Arizona for Mariner spring training!!!! Great new home that was pristine, super clean and organized! It had all the supplies you would need. The beds were comfy and it was so great having two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It was a perfect place to stay and the check in process was a breeze! Would for sure stay again!

We stayed at a wonderful home in Litchfield Park in a growing area where there is a lot of new construction. Easy access to highways and amenities. The home had everything you would need. The host Amber was terrific and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Graduation Celebration
Mini getaway to attend GCU graduation and we couldn’t have found a better spot! The house was EXACTLY as listed- new and quality everything! Amber was a pleasure to work with and even welcomed us with a case of waters waiting in the fridge - small but thoughtful and appreciated gesture 😊 Beds were a medium firm with pillows ranging from soft to firm - linens were nice and cool - bathrooms, including water pressure & temperature were perfect. Spacious and relaxing! Even had some family games for us to enjoy. Community is still being developed so there were some homes still under construction but we did not have an issue with any noise despite being there a few days during the week. Pretty straight shot off the freeway with lots of amenities near by. Will definitely add this to our list of favorites and look forward to booking when in town.

Thanksgiving in Verrado
This home is new and well appointed. It fit our family of seven perfectly. The kids loved the bunk beds. The location was perfect for the family activities we were enjoying in Verrado. I will definitely stay again.

If I’m ever in the Phoenix area this will always be my go to destination. The house was in a great safe brand new development and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home also came equipped with motivational quotes in picture frames in almost every room!
