Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...
