There are also plenty of shops and facilities nearby, which was a bonus. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend."

I had a guest in for dinner, she made sure we had a good table and were well looked after and then was on hand at breakfast as I left before breakfast was due to start, and I had a delicious breakfast. The Spa was extremely accommodating, I'm near the end of my 3rd trimester and was able to switch out one of the treatments to suit better, Laura is brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised in the Rococo restaurant. As a vegan I did not have high hopes that there'd be options for me but I managed to get dessert and all! Staff in all areas of the hotel are very attentive and pleasant. "
