"Fantastic check in and room was comfortable., Crisps left on floor from previous guests but overall was fine. Staff were great Breakfast was very good. Main reason we booked was For the pool, got breakfast early and went down with kids and were told pool was closed for cleaning and they weren't sure when it would be open. Although I appreciate the issue was unavoidable I don't think it was dealt with in a timely manner.. Considering the pool opened at 9 and was already closed when we got there at 8.50 the incident must have happened the night before and not dealt with. Given that it was Easter weekend with lots of families visiting for use of the pool this was very disappointing. Otherwise It was a nice hotel and I would visit again. "

"2 night b&b stay. So pleasantly surprised how beautiful rhe hotel is. Much much nicer than website shows. Lovely ambience and fabulous service. Very friendly staff who are the happiest I've seen in most hotels. Niamh is particularly helpful and very entertaining, nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment on both nights was brilliant. Everyone really enjoying themselves singing along with the music and up dancing. Will most definitely be back. Highly recommend "

" Could find nothing that was an issue with our stay. Room was clean, warm and for the first time, actually catered for the number of adults in the room. 3 mugs, three glasses, adequate pillows and loo paper. The anount of stays we do where they know there are 3 adults and there are only 2 supplied. Both mornings, we were away sharp. 1st,diningvriom was opening when we were leaving, staff allowed us to box up a breakfast and take it away. Last morning, a Sunday, we were leaving an hour before dining room open, so they laid on a continental style takeaway breakfast. Fabulous. We ate in the bar on the Saturday evening, great food, good portions and friendly staff. We'll be back"
