We were fortunate to be upgraded from a room in the pub to one of the relatively new lodges. The lodge was immaculate on arrival and very comfortable and well equipped. We had breakfast included and this was first class with locally sourced food included. We had two evening dinners at the pub and both were excellent from the very varied menu on offer. "

"The lodge totally surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, well thought out and as far as self catering units go, this HAS to be the most considerate and superbly equipped.
