Secluded, cabin that sleeps six people. New log home on 5 acres just west of Sugar Hill. Tons of amenities. Ski Cannon and Bretton Woods. Bring the fat tire bikes, ATVs or snowmobiles and use the Ammonoosuc Rail Trail; 19.2 miles along the river from Littleton to Woodsville. Enjoy hiking the uncrowded local trails and enjoy the Big Sky views or hike in Franconia State Park. Plenty of unique shops and restaurants in Littleton or cross over the border into Vermont and explore the quaint towns of Newbury and Bradford. Are you able to work remotely? This home is perfect! It offers internet, a landline phone as well as a printer. The property has gorgeous sunsets and perfect for stargazing off the deck.
Main living area features a King Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with open concept living. Large island seats 4 and dining table also seats 4. Smart TVs in each room. Washer and Dryer on first floor. Large porch as well as large back deck with Weber gas grill, outdoor dining for 6.
The spacious lower-level features another full bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The space accommodates two twin beds. Foosball table, board games, 65-inch Smart TV, lounging space and walk out slider.
Weather permitting enjoy the outdoor fire pit.

Another Wonderful Stay at Our Favorite House
My wife and I stayed in this house in July and loved it so much that we came back with friends in October. The house is in excellent condition and the furniture and appliances are good quality and in great shape. The location is private and beautiful. The house is located close to hiking, shopping, and pretty much everything else that the area has to offer. We have already booked our next stay here.

We’ve stayed her three times because we love this cabin! It’s always pristine, in a great location, extremely quiet neighborhood, great mountain views and Pearl Lake is right down the street, which is a great little spot. Love the serenity and tranquility of this cabin, but it’s also close enough to Woodsville, Littleton and Franconia where you can pretty much get everything. Owners are hospitable and the cabin comes complete with essential items such as pots, pans, dishes, soap, spices, utensils, etc. Also loved the fire pit with the little lights around it. This is a great place and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect Mountain Hideaway
This house is wonderful. The owners are easy to communicate with and friendly. The house is in excellent condition, well equipped, and in a fantastic location for hiking, swimming, or whatever your White Mountains pleasure may be. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has quality appliances and is well organized, linens and towels are good quality. There is just nothing wrong with this place. Would rent it again for sure.

I can't say enough about our stay at Tranquility. The communication was amazing, and they even helped us when we had some car trouble while visiting. The property has been fully remodeled and is not only beautiful, but incredibly clean and well appointed. The views are beautiful and the location is the perfect combination of remote, but close enough to what you need/want. If you are looking to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying at Tranquility!

A Secret Jewel in Landaff
As a former New England native, I have stayed in many cabins over the years of visiting New Hampshire, but never in my experience of doing so have I stayed in a cabin so complete in every aspect: 1. Remote location in a sleepy, wooded New Hampshire town. 2. Forested area with a spectacular mountain view. 3. Quality construction. 4. Thoughtfully designed with spacious rooms. 5. Provisioned perfectly. 6. Large fire pit under open sky. 7. Grill on a large back porch overlooking the mountains. 8. Finished basement, done right. The details and thoughtful considerations in this cabin exceeded a professional grade of management, in my view. I will be renting this cabin again, if it's still on offer the next time I'm in New Hampshire, without a doubt.

Incredibly clean, super comfortable, very well stocked. Felt like home, the "little things" like having oodles of extra coffee, an extra ziplock when I forgot mine, and extra toothbrushes for when my electric one died and I didn't bring a charger were huge! The place has everything you could possibly need kitchen wise. Comfy beds, 2 gorgeous decks, nice view, very relaxing!!

I spent the weekend here with my husband and parents. My parents had never done a short term rental before and were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen and house was. The house was clean and modern, in a beautiful location, and stocked with everything you’d need. Overall this was a great stay.

We had a great 8 night stay at this cabin. It was very relaxing and remote, which we enjoyed! They have everything you would need and the cabin is comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed skiing at Cannon and Bretton Woods as well as day trips to Littleton, Lincoln etc. Greg and Teresa were great hosts and checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely. They also were quick to respond with any questions we had. They even left a gift certificate for a local pizza shop, which was so kind! We would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay again!

The view was tremendous, kitchen was very well equipped from making a special Valentines Day dinner to baking brownies. Serenity in the woods
This cabin was stunning! The pictures were an accurate capture of the charm and cleanliness of this home. Greg was a pleasure dealing with, he promptly replied to any questions we had about the area. We encountered a lot of rain during our stay but it didn’t deter our exploring and hiking the beautiful terrain of New Hampshire. One day it was torrential which forced us just stay in the cabin to relax, what a lovely setting! We have already recommended it to our family and friends, we definitely would return for another stay.

My family and I loved this property. The house was amazing, log cabin but modern on the inside. Not only was the house amazing, the view was magnificent. We enjoyed BBQs on the deck, playing Uno at the firepit and being together. Would stay there again in a minute!

This cabin is incredibly well-appointed. Everything was new and state of the art. The owner was super communicative, and even bought a pack and play for the cabin when he learned our two year old would be traveling with us, so we did not have to use ours. We rented this mountain cabin hoping for a snowy Spring Break and it did not disappoint. We lucked out with a snow storm and the cabin had everything we needed, even a few sleds! The cabin was cozy with fireplaces, warm blankets and great decor that just made you feel at home. The hosts were very communicative and helpful... Even made up the twin beds and left some food items for us since we had such a late arrival. The location was beautiful and only an hour drive from everything we wanted to do. We can't wait to visit again!

The owner was fabulous to work with. The property is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. All you could need is available- top of the line appliances and amenities. Great bonus with the fuse ball table. Space is used super smart and makes the cabin feel way bigger than it actually is! Location is remote making views gorgeous and you feel like it’s only you for miles around when on spacious back deck. Only down side to this is if it is rainy or a winter thaw the dirt roads to get to property are tricky to traverse. Definitely glad we have SUV. We loved our time- convenient to lots of trails for hiking and snow shoeing. Also to Canon or Loon for skiing. We hope to return again!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect getaway with great hosts! It is secluded but not far away from all you need. A great place to relax. Our family enjoyed skiing at Cannon and exploring Franconia, Littleton and Lincoln.
