My sister Olga and l, travel every year to Lisbon from the 2nd of Dec to the 9th. The city welcomes us with perfect weather, low 60’s early am and after sunset and sunny in the 70’s during the day. No rain this time, and only a sprinkle for a day or 2 during the past trips. Special thanks to Daniella and Annie for the restaurant’s recommendations and transport info. We’ll see you next year!

Some people like luxury. We like fun and quirky. And clean and well managed. That’s why we loved Tempo. Definitely quirky with only about 20 rooms. But clean, small rooms and excellent management courtesy of Daniella who seems to have all the answers at any time you need her (business hours of course). Street noise could be a problem and the rooms are basic but very comfortable. Location was terrific, easy walking to all kinds of places. Nice breakfast. Elevator is on ground floor (good) not first floor like I read somewhere. Reception is on fifth floor - quirky but you adjust. And entrance is very …understated, next to Candy Lisa. So if you are the fun and quirky type, Tempo is for you.

We enjoyed our stay at Tempo and visiting Lisbon for the first time. Great breakfast offered each morning. It was a convenient location for transportation to all the attractions we went to. It was a bonus being near the city centre with all the beautiful Christmas decorations!

Ideal place to stay except for the last floor to have no elevator specially to carry your own luggages. Also, I suggest breakfast should start a bit early as some customers may have early tours or flights. We missed both breakfast. Overall, loved the place.

Great location close to Rossio. Staff were very helpful. The room was very small with a shelving unit very close to the bed. The bathroom was very small and right next to the bed. Glass doors don't provide much privacy. The front desk is on the 5th floor where they have breakfast, snacks and coffee.

Cute hotel that is close to everything. We even enjoyed a massage right across the hotel. This hotel is just a few steps from “The Elevator”. We enjoyed our stay with friends, highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! We love Lisbon!

The rooms we were assigned was literally an arms length from the Santa Justa lift. The curtains had to be kept closed therefore the lights had to be on if you were in the room. I could hear the music from the shop below. The room was a room for the handicapped. I asked for a room change and was told by the reception she would have to contact another guest and ask them. I am still baffeled by this. The entry was a narrow corridor on the groung floor. You take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk up a flight of winding stairs with your luggage. There was no one to help with this. I think the rate is too high for this type of property. The bed was comfortable.

This was my second time here and I would come again. first for me is the convenience of the Hotel. It is in the center of the historic district and the fancier district with many squares, restaurants, shops and more. I like the staff and they are generally nice and easy to work with. Thanks. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and OK. It is not a five star hotel, and does not pretend to be. It is a safe, clean very pleasant place to stay in a great city. Thanks to them!
