The Property was very unique. Located in an excellent location, surrounded by restaurants and local shops for shopping. Everything is within walking distance. The building feels historic, therefor the rooms are not quite as big as I thought but it is a unique stay and highly recommend it if you want a unique Portugal stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were super nice. They upgraded our room and let us check in 2 hours early which was so nice after our flight. It’s in a great location, super close to good restaurants and attractions. The only thing about our room was the bathroom, there was almost no counter space and the shower had mold on the bottom and on the door.

We liked the location, there were restaurants around us, and busy areas within walking distance. We chose a big room on the corner which was great, except we couldn’t get it super cool. We like it just a little on the cold side for sleeping.

After an overnight flight, was able to check into the hotel a few hours early to shower and take a nap. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and nice. Kind of an odd configuration and the air conditioner didn't get the room very cold. Bathroom was clean, but had a weird sink that splashed water everywhere when the faucet was turned on. Bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood had a number of restaurants and bars to choose from - the food being good at many of the places. From the hotel, you can walk pretty much anywhere in the main, downtown area. Just know at some point, you'll be walking uphill - A LOT. Tip: downloading the free Rick Steves Lisbon audio walk will end very close to this hotel. While the hotel is decent, the area is very noisy. You will hear screaming, talking, fighting, hooting and hollering after 1am until about 4am as the bars empty out. Additionally, you will hear clear conversation from the patrons eating and drinking at the restaurants outside of the hotel. I now understand why such a centrally located hotel had such a bargain price. If you want quiet, look elsewhere.

Very clean hotel, very good location! The only negative, the coffee in the room had a charge of 2.5€ and the tv cable was very limited. But other than that I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel

This was an excellent choice! VERY convenient to get everywhere- the PERFECT location! It is a fun and different design that had a ton of character. The staff was very helpful and we loved every minute in Lisbon!

We had a comfortable stay but the style, furniture and overall look is a bit outdated. Check-in qas complicatednas the credit card machine was rejecting all cards. Very spacious suite. Very good location in Chiado very close to shopping and barro alto
