Close to things
Be aware that the unit does not have an air conditioner nor a heater. No central air. In the summer, you will get a floor fan in the living room and two bedroom. In the winter, you will get a space heater. The bathroom is oddly visible to anyone that pass by or go to ththe kitchen or if a neighbor decides to go to their patio for whatever reason. The mattress is springy in the main bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and you do get a washer. You will need to dry your clothes on a cloth line that is provided and can be folded away. Nothing against the place - but this type of setting is not for me or my family.

Good location, poor apartment.
Had to wait over 2 hours to get into the apartment, no fun after a warm day travelling. The contact office number for the apartments was out of date and did not work. Check in was very rushed, no local information was passed on, the rep never answered his phone. Took 4 days to get the kitchen tap fixed, I had to fix the shower and toilet myself. Noise from the above apartment and stairs can be very frustrating. Ants in the kitchen, ants and silverfish in the bedrooms. No lock on either bathroom, one bathroom door would not close, even with friends and family its nice to be private. Door knob the the bedroom kept falling off, I could go on, but lets just say it we found the apartment rather disappointing.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. Our only issues were that we asked for a clothes iron and one of the toilets was not working when we arrived. We were told both issues would be taken care of, but neither were.

Decepção, taxas abusivas!
O apartamento e muito bom..bem equipado e bem localizado, mas o atendimento ficou muito a desejar, tive um atraso por não conhecer a cidade e fui muito mau recepcionada, fora que paguei o valor exigido no site e por fora o hotel me exigiu mais uma taxa abusiva de limpeza de 50 euros e não tivemos o apartamento limpo em nenhum dia de nossa estadia, e outra taxa municipal paga por pessoa por casa dia de estádia... E isso não foi informado quando comprei o pacote.. apenas depois que se compra o pacote é que recebe um e-mail informando..o que achei extremamente errado. Oriento as pessoas a terem muito cuidado ao comprar com esse hotel...taxas abusivas são cobradas.

Posizione comoda per raggoiungere il centro. Ottimo il servizio e gli accessori a disposizione in cucina e bagno. Non consigliata a chi ha problemi a alla deambulazione. Perfetto per 4 persone. Buono per 6 persone se disponibili a usare divano letto in sala.

Apartamento muito bem decorado, mas com problemas.
Se você ficou encantado com o apartamento saiba que é realmente tudo aquilo que está nas fotos; a decoração é impecável e muito confortável. A localização é perfeita, apesar de não estar na zona turística de Lisboa é de fácil acesso por vários meios de transporte. Mas há problemas. A internet não funcionou no meu apartamento (usei a do vizinho), a ducha do chuveiro caia em todos os banhos, a porta da sala estava caindo e o pior, a manutenção deixa a desejar pois há poeira (e incomoda) em pontos como debaixo da cama, debaixo de móveis e sofá. Apesar desses problemas pontuais eu me hospedaria novamente e recomendo aos amigos.

Net appartement in leuke buurt
Genoten van dit nette appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Het appartement bevindt zich in een rustige wijk in het centrum van de stad. Trams, bussen en het treinstation bevinden zich in de nabijheid. De tram halte bevindt zich om de hoek en de bushalte voor de deur. Ook is een supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen van het appartement verwijderd. Echt een aanrader! Super netjes en schoon!

Ótimo apartamento, boa localização.
Muito bom... atendentes super eficientes, respondem e-mail ou WhatsApp rápido, já que não ter portaria no prédio. Precisei fazer check in antecipado e check out tardio e fui atendida prontamente. Apartamento novo e bem decorado.

Nettes Appartement in super zentraler Lage
Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert und nett, war sogar vor vereinbarter Checkin-Zeit möglich. 24 h-Doorman verfügbar sowie kostenloses W-LAN. Zimmer sehr sauber und umfangreich eingerichtet, jedoch nicht mehr auf ganz modernem Stand. Super TV-Anlage. Lage des Appartements war super, da Cafes sowie Bars in direkter Umgebung, zudem Haltestelle der historischen Tram-Linie 28 direkt vor der Tür. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Tolle Stadt :)!

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Dos adultos y dos adolescentes, con dos habitaciones dobles y dos baños completos...todo muy limpio. Buena zona y habitaciones sin ruido del exterior. Muy recomendable.

Veramente piccolissimo
Il monolocale che ci è toccato era veramente minuscolo, più piccolo di una stanza d'hotel. Nonostante questo nella stanza c'era tutto: tv, cucinino con fornelli, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè e bollitore. La stanza era pulita (anche se pagata 50 euro al di fuori delle spese di soggiorno, un pò esagerato per credo massimo 12 mq). Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e spiegato tutto molto simpatico e disponibile. Tutto sommato è andata bene, l'unica cosa veramente fastidiosa è che il bagno consisteva in un box doccia dove all'interno c'era sia il wc che la doccia appunto.

Apartamento confortável e muito bem localizado!
A estadia foi ótima, os responsáveis pelo apartamento foram muito cordiais. O apartamento é perfeito para duas pessoas, muito bem decorado, novíssimo, espaçoso, as amenidades oferecidas são úteis e de ótima qualidade, confortável, ótima localização. Apenas ressalvo quanto ao ar condicionado, pois no verão se torna absolutamente necessário em Lisboa.

Appartement très proche du tram 28
Claustrophobes passés votre route. Appartement sans réelle fenêtre étant donné que la seule fenêtre est une ouverture cachée par un pan de bois. Côté pratique le tram 28 e est juste en face pour le meilleur et pour le pire !!! Le meilleur c'est que vous n'avez pas à cavaler pour aller en ville, le pire c'est le bruit dans l'appartement le matin. Cet appartement est un souplex sans vues extérieures mais très mignon. Pas de salle de bain réelle mais plutôt un wc faisant office de douche.
