The Duplex Principe Real is located right in the heart of Principe Real and walking distance to Down Town. 5 minutes walking to Bairro Alto and only 10 minutes walking distance from Chiado. In this nice and cool apartment we can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.

Good location
This home has an excellent location for walking into the old part of the city. The space was quite small for five adults, and the spiral staircase was a challenge to bring the suitcases up. The window in the main bedroom on the main floor wouldn’t open, so it did not allow for airflow. It was quite warm for sleeping.
