Summary:
This luxury villa is located in the peaceful sea-front area of Guia, near the Cascais Marina, Boca do Inferno and Casa da Guia.
Just a 5-minute drive from the famous Guincho Beach, the Seafront Beach Villa features an outdoor shared swimming pool with ocean views, gardens and tennis court.
An excellent location for relaxation around the pool in a very well maintained estate.

The Space:
Our luxury Seafront Villa 2 boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated. The villa is perfectly located, just a few meters from the breath-taking cliffs of the Costa da Guia but also between Sintra and Lisbon making it well placed for adventuring to the city or into the traditional neighbourhoods through the natural park and sights such as Palacio da Pena.

A spacious and bright living and dining area looking out to the bougainvillea canopy out the front of the house offers the perfect place to sit with family and friends to enjoy the evenings at your holiday home.

The master en-suite, on the upper floor, with its own private south facing balcony has sea views offering an ideal spot for that morning coffee or sundowners after a long day of adventuring. On the second floor, a spacious double room facing out the large windows to the nature and trees outside with a shared bathroom. Two bedrooms, one on the upper floor, the other on the ground floor have single beds that can be made up as doubles for couples or kept apart for travel companions or children.
A terrace with a barbecue off the fully equipped kitchen offers dining and lounging options for those days where you want to laze around and cook at home.

This property has central heating which makes it an excellent option for a winter getaway during the mild and sunny winters in Portugal. You can make use of the well-maintained tennis courts all year-round while taking a break by the pool in the summer.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll find a variety of excellent local restaurants, many serving traditional Portuguese meals. Alternatively, stay in and prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which offers all the necessary utensils to whip up and eat alfresco meals on the spacious terrace.

On the doorstep you have the very lovely Casa da Guia. This was an old manor house which has been turned into a great sociable place with boutique shops a good selection of superb restaurants.

Getting Around:
There is a bus which goes along the front into Cascais if you didn’t want to walk the 25 minutes along the coast road (which has a purpose built walker’s pathway). It’s easy to make use of this circular route bus which passes each 7 to 15 minutes depending on the season.

Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.
Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:

Cascais villa
The house was well sized and decorated and equipped with all appliances required and aircon for every room so was very comfortable. The balcony at front and garden at back was very useful for catching or avoiding sun at appropriate times of day. Some minor issues with coffee maker and fridge which were replaced quickly when reported and always had a mesage before anyone came to the property The pool was nice (sunloungers a bit dated) and we played tennis a few times when not too hot Loved the location. Just outside cascai but walking or e bike distance to go in and the other direction being guincho and my favourite beach Cereama plus a nice bike track to run or bike along the coast My boys loved the surfing on guincho, my husband played golf nearby and said the course were great, I discovered the Marian da quinto gym so all were happy! Loverly stay would like to go back again

Home base for lisbon, sintra and cascais
My family had a wonderful time on our trip and every day it started and ended in our great villa. We would walk 10 minutes to grocery stores, beautiful restaurants and views. 30 min walk into cascais along a wonderful walking path with view of the ocean the whole way. Uber to cascais downtown was 4euro, we used public transpo into and around lisbon for 11 euro a day and always felt incredibly safe. The villa was great, full kitchen, big living spaces for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Hosted a large group lunch before a wedding and everyone had a comfortable place to enjoy company and kids to play.

Heerlijk familiehuis
Lekker familiehuis. Ruim, met vier tieners was het fijn om verschillende slaapkamers en badkamers te hebben. Lekker zwembad en tennisbaan. Het huis kan wat onderhoud gebruiken, de foto’s zijn wat gedateerd. Omgeving prima en over het algemeen zeer rustig.

Fint hus med god beliggenhet
Vi hadde en flott ferie i dette huset, som riktignok fremstår litt mer slitent i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Terrassen i bakgården er ikke spesielt innbydende og den ble ikke brukt. Det hang en ubehagelig kloakklukt i området under hele oppholdet. God oppfølging fra utleier, rent og romslig hus, rolig beliggenhet og kort vei til strender, restauranter og severdigheter. Tenåringene var fornøyd med eget bad og god plass i bassenget.

På forhånd grei kontakt med utleier, god informasjon når vi ankom. Huset stemte godt med bilder på hjemmesiden men litt slitent og kunne vært renere. Bra beliggenhet med matbutikk og restauranter i nærheten. Fint basseng. Ba utleier om hjelp til å bestille taxi til flyplass, hadde et alt for dyrt alternativ så vi bestilte selv.
